SIXTH GRADE Back row from left to right: Marshall Block, Floyd Duhigg, Howard
Baker, Raymond Ritchison, The year began with an enrollment of twenty and
was increased to thirty by children coming in from other schools. The ages range from ten
to fourteen. The standing of the pupils has varied a little each six weeks period, but
almost two-thirds of the class have kept their average up to eighty-five or above. Some
attractive posters have been made during the year. One group illustrated the famous
stories of "Little Women," "Sarah Carew" and "Treasure
Island." Another group dealt with good health habits, and another was of
miscellaneous subjects. |
